Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRIN1, ELP5, and MRPS11. Each is linked with SEMA4C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4C results are reported.
