Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, Cyclin-B1, and eEF2. Each is linked with SEMA4C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by SEMA4C-low versus SEMA4C-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
