Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,334 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Heterochromatin organization, and Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule. Each is linked with SEMA4C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by SEMA4C-low versus SEMA4C-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
