Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEMA3F Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEMA3F data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher SEMA3F Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEMA3F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
SCLC, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where SEMA3F Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
