Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,236 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PXN, PPP1R18_S224, and RPRD2. Each is linked with SEMA3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3A versus PXN in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
