Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,785 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F11, GAPDHP73, and BLMH. Each is linked with SEMA3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3A versus CYP4F11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
