The most reproducible SEMA3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP423, and SPANXN2. Each is linked with SEMA3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3A results are reported.
