Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,883 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECPR1, GCN1, and TEP1. Each is linked with SEMA3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TECPR1 grouped by SEMA3A-low versus SEMA3A-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
