SEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP497, H4C13, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with SEM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP497 grouped by SEM1-low versus SEM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
