Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELPLG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELPLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-660P, RNU6-898P, and GPX4. Each is linked with SELPLG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELPLG-to-partner and partner-to-SELPLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-660P grouped by SELPLG-low versus SELPLG-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELPLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELPLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
