Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,313 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, OGN, and SOD3. Each is linked with SELP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELP-to-partner and partner-to-SELP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELP versus SYNPO2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
