Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,853 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELL, SELE, and EXOC3L2. Each is linked with SELP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELP-to-partner and partner-to-SELP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELP versus SELL in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
