Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF723, CD300H, and OR10D3. Each is linked with SELP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELP-to-partner and partner-to-SELP results are reported.
