Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOTP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,936 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOTP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with SELENOTP1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOTP1-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOTP1 results are reported.
