Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELENOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,732 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of acute inflammatory response to antigenic stimulus, Regulation of acute inflammatory response to antigenic stimulus, and Negative regulation of acute inflammatory response. Each is linked with SELENOS in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOS-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOS results are reported.
