SELENOP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,527 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO4, ZNF366, and CD302. Each is linked with SELENOP in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOP-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOP versus FMO4 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
