SELENOP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,759 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNMT, PRELP, and NAA15. Each is linked with SELENOP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOP-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOP versus HNMT in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
