Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,467 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELENOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC3, LYVE1, and SRPX. Each is linked with SELENOP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOP-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOP versus AOC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
