Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELENOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,491 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle budding from membrane, Golgi vesicle transport, and Vesicle coating. Each is linked with SELENOP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOP-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOP results are reported.
