Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,020 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELENOO-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN1, DESI2, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with SELENOO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOO-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOO versus TSPAN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
