Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELENOO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Meiotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with SELENOO in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOO-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOO results are reported.
