Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,634 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELENOK-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC6B, DSTYK, and SPARCL1. Each is linked with SELENOK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOK-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOK versus EXOC6B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
