SELENOI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,397 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2_S20, RRM2, and SPAST. Each is linked with SELENOI in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOI-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOI versus RRM2_S20 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
