SELENOI

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOI-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, LRRK2, and AQP1. Each is linked with SELENOI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOI-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOI versus C7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
