SELENOF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,302 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKN2, PPIF, and CSDE1. Each is linked with SELENOF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOF-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
