SELENBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,799 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC3B, HROB, and FAM107A. Each is linked with SELENBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SELENBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENBP1 versus CLEC3B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
