SEL1L2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEL1L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,135 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEL1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX17, SUN2, and DNAL4. Each is linked with SEL1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 versus DDX17 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEL1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEL1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
