SEL1L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEL1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEL1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ERK2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SEL1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by SEL1L2-low versus SEL1L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEL1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEL1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
