The most reproducible SEL1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL4A4, PLXNA4, and CFTR. Each is linked with SEL1L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEL1L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEL1L2 results are reported.
