Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEH1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEH1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Lck. Each is linked with SEH1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEH1L-to-partner and partner-to-SEH1L results are reported.
