Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEH1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,685 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEH1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid cohesion, RNA (guanine-N7)-methylation, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with SEH1L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEH1L-to-partner and partner-to-SEH1L results are reported.
