SEC61G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,767 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC61G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EGFR, EGFR_T693, and P4HA2. Each is linked with SEC61G in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61G-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC61G versus EGFR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
