Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,078 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC61G-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF3B, KRT18, and ZNF143. Each is linked with SEC61G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61G-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC61G versus KIF3B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
