The most reproducible SEC61G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P42, HNRNPMP2, and MIR147A. Each is linked with SEC61G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61G-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61G results are reported.
