Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC61G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,463 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC61G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SEC61G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61G-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation grouped by SEC61G-low versus SEC61G-high in URINARY_TRACT.
