SEC61A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,463 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC61A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT5AP1, IGKV1OR2-11, and RN7SKP104. Each is linked with SEC61A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61A1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT5AP1 grouped by SEC61A1-low versus SEC61A1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
