SEC31B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC31B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC31B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, CD20, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SEC31B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC31B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC31B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SEC31B-low versus SEC31B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC31B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC31B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
