Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC31B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,165 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC31B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyglycylation, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with SEC31B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC31B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC31B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein polyglycylation grouped by SEC31B-low versus SEC31B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
