Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-110P, RN7SL248P, and RPL22P14. Each is linked with SEC24C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24C results are reported.
