SEC24B-AS1

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC24B-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEC24B-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SEC24B-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC24B-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCS show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCS, and READ are the cancer types where SEC24B-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
