SEC24AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LUM, EFEMP1, and KANK2. Each is linked with SEC24AP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24AP1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24AP1 versus LUM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
