Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC24A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEC24A data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SEC24A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC24A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SEC24A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
