SEC23IP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC23IP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC23IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, MIR2278, and MIR4293. Each is linked with SEC23IP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23IP-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by SEC23IP-low versus SEC23IP-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
