Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC22B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,502 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC22B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC5, UCKL1, and MAPK12. Each is linked with SEC22B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC22B versus HDAC5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC22B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC22B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
