Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC22B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,297 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC22B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SEC22B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22B results are reported.
