Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC22A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC22A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AK2, PTH2, and FEZF2. Each is linked with SEC22A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22A results are reported.
