Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC16B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,185 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC16B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA4, RPRD2, and SELENBP1. Each is linked with SEC16B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC16B versus ANXA4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC16B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC16B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
