Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC16B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC16B-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, A-Raf_pS299, and ACC1. Each is linked with SEC16B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by SEC16B-low versus SEC16B-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC16B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC16B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
