Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC16B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,288 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC16B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lymphocyte apoptotic process, Regulation of protein localization to membrane, and Regulation of protein localization to cell periphery. Each is linked with SEC16B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16B results are reported.
