Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC16B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC16B-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWC2L, ADAM7, and F11. Each is linked with SEC16B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VWC2L grouped by SEC16B-low versus SEC16B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC16B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC16B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
